We coach managers through all three stages of their careers. We use the self-assessment in The Milwaukee Model (free) to tailor a realistic development program using “live” issues. All coaching is confidential.
Consulting
We launch Standards-Based Management with strategic planning using The Toolkit. We host discussion of the ethical standards and coach teams and individuals as needed. Corporate certification is available.
Community
