No, unless you feel we’ve somehow not met our obligations under the Terms of Use. But please contact us right away with your concern: we want you to get a lot of value.

The Index

We absolutely want our community’s suggestions, so first check the editorial guidelines and then contact us including a link. 

Toolkit

Yes and no. You can show them to anyone, but only a subscriber can input data or edit them.

Yes. But you can’t delete our copyright, sell them, or let non-subscribers input data or edit them further.

No, but the Office files open pretty cleanly in Sheets, etc.

Not often. As a standards body, we’re careful not to change things too often or without notice.

Community

Not yet. While there’s a Best Practice Workgroup in Wisconsin USA, we don’t have “chapters,” per se. But we’ll help you start a group!
